How To Solve the Problem

Shanya and Sharo and I made comb kazoos today. It was fun, as you can see. Shanya looked pretty silly playing her kazoo with a piece of turkey tucked in her cheek like a hamster saving food for later. She is a delight, and so was Dilara. We both miss Dilara so much.

Dilara should be here with us. She will never come home and they judges and lawyers in my case will go on to continue to engage in this legal plunder of the lives of children of parents who can’t afford legal representation. The children of America deserve better. The constitution’s chains have been way too slack for way too long and the ONLY WAY for us to restore the integrity of the judicial system is for the people of America and the world to stand up and demand that the laws be upheld. They never reached the bar of showing that I have harmed my child and they are ignoring all the evidence that she is being harmed by being kept from me. This is not the first time they have done this and they will use this case as precedent if we don’t stop them. This has been going on for too many years. YOU MUST STOP IT AND YOU WON’T STOP IT BY BEING INTIMIDATED OR COERCED OR ORDERED TO BE SILENT. ABUSE THRIVES ONLY IN SILENCE.

Every child should imagine themselves or their best friend in Dilara’s place or Annalise Rivenburg’s place. Every parent should imagine they are suffering what I have suffered, and knowing how painful it has been for my child is worse than enduring my own grief and sorrow. I wrote these words (in the description) and they are my reality. Only YOU can bring Dilara home and keep her safe from further court-ordered abuse. They say “music speaks louder than words” and I have tried both to get the message across to the public that the oppression will only get worse when people ‘let them’ get away with making a mockery out of the justice system as they have. The people have the power, what will it take to convince them to use it? The kids are on board…where are those of voting age? I have some, I need many, many more.

How to solve the problem? Demand that the judges and lawyers follow the law. They are our servants, not our masters and we have power over them if we will use it. Judicial accountability is a requirement, not an option. They have shown what they will do when there are no consequences…they do whatever they please, regardless of how many rules, laws, or HEARTS they break with their unjust orders.

Exercise your right to express your opinion, especially in the defense of innocent children, like my Dilara.
Section 1, Article 19 of Tennessee Constitution DECLARES:
“The free communication of thoughts and opinions, is one of the invaluable rights of man and every citizen may freely speak, write, and print on any subject, being responsible for the abuse of that liberty.”
If you are not threatening or making false statements, or otherwise abusing the liberty, your speech is constitutionally-protected, and a gag-order is unlawful and should be resisted if you are prepared to suffer short-term consequences for long-term benefit to others.
I urge everyone who is of the opinion that Dilara’s rights should be restored that were unlawfully taken from her, and that unethical lawyers and judges should be held accountable, send 3 emails with something like #FreeDIlaraDider, #ISupportDilaraGider, #TeamDilara or #BringDilaraHome and either let that be the end of your message, or (better) include your name and address in the email or (best) a short note explaining why you think Dilara’s rights should be restored. . If you simply send those 3 mails, it will make an impact. The corrupt judges in this case are:
Judge Phillip Robinson, Third Circuit Court, Nashville, Tennessee, who has committed the crimes of Civil Rights Intimidation and Severe Child Abuse. He has not been formally charged, but Dilara and I will testify against him if we ever get the opportunity. We know he is guilty of these felonies, as defined in Tennessee Code, whether or not he is held accountable.
Judge Sheila Calloway, Juvenile Court Judge, Davidson County has also made this civil rights intimidation and child abuse possible, through her unlawful orders.
We have only a few weeks left to implement my plan to hold these people accountable and force them to #FreeDilaraGider
Pull out ALL the stops and get this case WORLDWIDE attention. Dilara can’t go on like this……she needs her freedom to associate with family and friends.
If you do what I ask (or implement your better ideas!) to get Dilara home, we will have a good start and won’t need the laser-focus of those around the world. I am going to work to get her disbarred, but if she continues to practice, I will be watching her and if she pulls these dirty tricks to hurt another child, I will pull out all the stops again. Fan-making to Help Bring Dilara Home

Well, we have made dozens of fans this week. I had hoped for hundreds, but we did what we could and we aren’t stopping. We passed out fans at church Sunday and at the Eclipse Viewing Party at the Edmondson Pike Library. I am making new ones to pass out at the football games at Vanderbilt University and the Titans games. I hope I can have a child with me with a bucket for donations and materials to distribute in addition to the fans.

Shanya, Dilara Gider’s best friend (age 9) is a fearless Warrior for Justice. Don’t let her age or size fool you ….she is a formidable opponent to those on the wrong side of the law. She told me she wants to be a police officer. She wants to help people. Most of all, she wants to help get her best friend back into her life. She is a hard worker, very intelligent, and very passionate. Just like Dilara.

I kept hitting the “stop” button on my tablet, so this video session is in three parts. We show several projects we are working on that, if you are on Facebook, you can find in “photos” then “albums” several “Guerrilla Warrior for Justice” Weapons/Strategies. Some are featured in this video series.

Shanya also addresses the concern that a few people have expressed about children being involved in “adult” issues. She didn’t understand what the concern was about. I didn’t either, but if you can find a child who does understand what the concern is about, I want to hear from them. This is a volunteer movement….we don’t force anyone to do anything. Liberty and Justice for all. She doesn’t see her work as having anything to do with either parent. It is a “rescue mission” for children and she is also “judging the judges” and holding them accountable.

Shanya came up with the idea of “fighting to get Dilara back” in Feb. 2017 when she realized how long she had been waiting for Dilara to come home…18 months or so at that point. She and friends started with these

Thanks to a friend for letting me know about the zip lock bag/duct tape pencil pouches. I wanted a small bag with a strap so my arm can wear them messenger-bag style to carry supplies in. They need to be prepared to sign up new “recruits” and share information and hand out a bracelet. A quart-sized bag should work well. A srap will come in handy when they aren’t carrying their backpacks.

I think tomorrow I will help Shanya start her w CCLJA channel. Someday he may really be more famous than Donald Trump, who knows? (reference to Shanya’s comment in this video: https://youtu.be/4jCaNqGmgMI )..

While one or a few children may not seem to be able to do much, imagine what hundreds or thousands of children (and their parents) in every county in Tennessee can do. I believe if thousands of people will tell their state representatives and senators that we want judges removed by 2/3 vote on 10 days notice when they wreak havoc on children’s lives, like they have in Dilara’s life and Steffen and Annalise Rivenburg’s lives.

The video views matter. I am up to 270 for the video about the ex parte restraining order that was only granted in part–I posted that Friday.
I think if I get a couple more arrests between now and trial, that would be great, Sarah Reist Digby….at this point, I am so short on time, I can do more good out of jail than in jail, but my CCLJA and Tennessee JAM folks can do a lot even if I am stuck in jail for a few days. Next time I get arrested, it might be a good thing to bail me out if the bond fund is depleted. I promise you that $350 spent on bail money to get me out of jail after being arrested on yet another bogus charge will be some of the most well-spent money in my case. The point is to show that these arrests and false allegations are desperate attempt by sick people and an extremely unethical lawyer (Sarah Reist Digby).I always say that a good lawyer doesn’t have to lie or cheat to win their case. She will rue the day that she took on her emotionally disturbed client and lied and cheated to steal me out of my little girl’s life, starting when my daughter was just 5 1/2.
I met with 5 new CCLJA members Sunday and 2 on Monday…the army is growing and you will soon be seeing the results. Anyone can duplicate my guerilla tactics and even improve upon them. Don’t wait until your plan is perfected, take action now.
Postcard stamps are 34 cents and plain postcards with pre-printed postage (and they are very pretty) are 38 cents. Email and phone calls are free. I would like to buy 100 postcards from the postoffice and have people I meet fill them out on the spot with their return address and their signature to the messages. Even if the messages are just the hashtags #Bring(MINOR CHILD)Home, #Free(MINOR CHILD) -Don’t say “Minor Child, say her name.

#BringAnnaliseRivenburgHome, #MedicalKidnap and CCLJA.org, or even if they signed one of my Vistaprint postcards and put their names and addreses on them, it can make a huge impact with little money or time.

I met with 5 children and 2 adults at Centennial Park and left them with about 20 sticks of chalk and when Ieft to go to church, they were busily writing my daughter’s name since I cannot do so (GAG order….can’t write my own child’s name or post it on Facebook pending further orders of the court.. Okay, here’s more ideas-
1. get a bag of cheap sandwich bags with foldover tops. Put 3 sticks of sidewalk chalk in each one. Put a CCLJA postcard and a Shanya letter in the bag. Tell the kids/parents you hand them out to (walking to and from school, at soccer games, at playgrounds, etc. to help bring Dilara home and write “#BringDilaraHome with the chalk on their driveway or sidewalk or somewhere else, and they can do what they want with the chalk they have left over.
2. Postcards–I have 1,000 from vistaprint I got for about 7 cents each by catching a great discount code, but I want you to get your own postcards if you can….at least for your own county. I am not sharing large quantities with anyone except those in my own county, at least until my “treasury” gets replenished. If you want to donate, mail me a check or use my paypal–(I use paypal to pay Vistaprint, so if you want to donate for specific Vistaprint materials, let me know and put money in my paypal account –www.paypal.me/LydiaAHubbell- and I’ll do the rest, including having them shipped to whoever you want to. It would be AWESOME for Montgomery County JAM to have 1,000 postcards to hand out–there are several active members there who want to #BringAnnaliseRivenburgHome and otherwise promote liberty and justice)
3. Mailbox Covers. Don’t just make your own (I haven’t made mine yet, because God just put the idea into my head a few minutes ago). I am going to start a Pinterest Page for CCLJA, I think. Here’s some ideas…And Magnetic may be nice, but I expect it is expensive. but if you can get some kind of vinyl and paint with acrylics and wrap it and duct tape it on the bottom, it should serve the same purpose. Help me think of a good, cheap material to use. I have a lot of acrylic paint and we can do a mailbox cover at the same time we are having a rock painting party for our “stoning campaign”.
Idea within an idea—ask signmakers for scraps or “mistakes” —tell them it is to save Dilara and other children who are suffering from court-ordered child abuse. Listen, people, I am only ONE person, and I am disabled, so I am more like a third of a person. One reason I am recruiting young people is for their energy and enthusiasm and the fact that it is hard to say “no” to a child. My brother (Dilara’s brother) used to work for a signmaker….maybe he has some ideas or connections. Kids need to be going to businesses and if they don’t have free “trash” we can reuse or recycle
4. Yard signs–any corrugated plastic campaign signs or “expired” (past event) signs may be painted over with kilz an reused, I think–worth trying. Ask signmakers if there are any bent or rejected H-stakes–idea within an idea within an idea–there are concrete reinforcing wire “Ladders” that I used to go to Home Depot or Lowe’s and take my own bolt cutters and cut them down into H-stakes when I was working in real estate. Do put these in yards or in business owner yards with permission—if you put them on public property, they may be picked up. There is a dog boarder near Gower Elementary that would likely be glad to put a sign up….wish I knew one of their customers–www.diggitydawgsnashville.com go like their facebook page. and share their link on your page for goodwill. Do it now. I just did.
5. Fans. I have 100 fan sticks ($11) and 40 large craft sticks….not sure where I got them. I think Dollar General. NON-COATED paper plates at food lion are practically worthless for eating off of (about as good as a paper towel) but will make good fans. Get paper plates, a stapler, markers (dollar tree washable ones are okay) and write CCLJA.org and #BringDilaraHome and #FreeDilaraGider on them and leave plenty of room for the kids to decorate. I haven’t perfected this idea….help me out. maybe pre-make them and use hot glue to attach the sticks and let the kids color them? And let them make as many as they want….it is hot. It is August. Let them pass them out to strangers at the park, even, and preferably, give them a postcard, too. Anyone handing out postcards can put “From (your name)–my name is printed on my postcards as “facilitator” of CCLJA and Tennessee JAM
6. FLAGS– Okay, I am out of time right now. Get me some ideas on flags for you, neighbors, and businesses.
7. Sidewalk chalk—Lisa Dietz wrote with chalk on her wooden privacy fence. Chalk your driveway. Ask neighbors to chalk theirs or let the kids. We are talking about saving children’s lives….it rains every few days here, so we are not talking bout long-term commitment. Also, I bought some “real” Crayola sidewalk chalk paint on clearance at Michael’s. Seems to me the cornstarch, water, food coloring homemade paint we made is just as good. OH—GO TO FIVE BELOW OR DOLLAR TREE AND STOCK UP ON SIDEWALK CHALK! WE MAY END UP HAVING TO MAKE OUR OWN WITH TOILET PAPER AND PAPER TOWEL TUBES AND PLASTER OF PARIS IF WE MISS THE SUMMER MERCHANDISE CLEARANCE! I have been getting $4 buckets from 5 below. If you are a really artistic type—use Crayola—they are more expensive but you get more colors and they have a nice texture, but for just writing hashtags, the cheaper the better.
This is Saturday. Who in or around Nashville can get with me today (it is already 1:30) or tomorrow? We are going to have to take serious action this week. We need to bring Annalise Rivenburg home, too, don’t forget. I am focusing on these 2 cases, but my goal is to help EVERY FAMILY. Help me get Dilara home and get the attention we need for CCLJA and Tennessee JAM and we will become a force to be reckoned with.
